Job Description

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Manage fixed assets accounting to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of company assets
• Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect all financial activities comprehensively
• Perform data entry for invoicing, receipt, and payment processing to support timely financial transactions
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records
• Communicate professionally and respond promptly to emails and enquiries from associates to support operational needs
• Maintain a full set of accounts for the assigned entity to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data
• Provide accurate information and liaise effectively with auditor, tax agent, and company secretary during financial reviews
• Assist in executing ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned to support business operations and team objectives

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze and manage financial data efficiently

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Deliver timely administrative and operational support to the CEO to facilitate effective leadership and decision-making
• Coordinate and manage CEO’s meetings, schedules, travel plans, and communications to optimize time and priorities
• Track and follow up on action items and ongoing business matters to ensure completion and progress
• Organize and maintain contracts, records, and business documentation to support operational compliance and accessibility
• Support daily business operations by managing administrative tasks that enable smooth workflow and project execution
• Facilitate coordination between project departments and cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and project outcomes
• Liaise with external vendors, consultants, and business partners to maintain productive relationships and service delivery
• Manage ad-hoc administrative duties and tasks as assigned to support dynamic business needs

- Develop both print and digital graphic design solutions in alignment with all organizational graphic standards and strategic priorities

- Able to balance and execute multiple projects or duties concurrently

- ⁠Able to prioritise urgent requests and shifting deadlines effectively

- ⁠Maintain high productivity and accuracy while responding to real-time interruptions and high-volume workloads

Requirements:

- Diploma in Graphic Design or related disciplines

- Minimum 5 years’ experience

- Thorough understanding of the creative development, design process and current trends and best practices

- Must have strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

- InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, and experience with print and production a plus point

- Keen attention to details

- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- Basic photography skill is a plus
