We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and service-oriented Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our TCM wellness spa.

Key Responsibilities / 工作职责：
• Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner
以礼貌及专业的态度接待顾客
• Manage appointment bookings, walk-ins, and scheduling
负责预约安排、现场客户接待及时间管理
• Handle cashiering, billing, and payment processing
负责收银、结账及付款处理
• Answer phone calls, messages, and customer enquiries
处理电话、信息及顾客咨询
• Maintain customer records and treatment schedules
维护客户资料及疗程记录
• Introduce spa services and packages
介绍疗程项目及配套
• Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth operations
与理疗师协调，确保运营顺畅
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
维持前台整洁与有序
• Assist with daily administrative duties
协助日常行政工作
• Handle customer feedback professionally
专业处理客户反馈

Requirements / 职位要求：
• Friendly personality with good communication skills
性格亲切，具备良好沟通能力
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge
具备基本电脑操作及收银系统经验
• Customer service experience preferred (spa/beauty/wellness industry is a plus)
有客服经验者优先（美容/养生行业更佳）
• Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
有责任感，守时，做事有条理
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
可在周末及公共假期工作
• Bilingual (English & Chinese)
具备中英文沟通能力者优先

• 10am to 8pm
• 6 days work week / 每周6天工作
