• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records in the warehouse management system (WMS)

Job Description
Conduct inspection of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
Pack and load products onto trucks according to company’s specifications (Based on Run Sheet/DO/Invoice/Job Order,etc)
Delivery orders to customers on assigned routes
Maintain ongoing communication with traffic controller / customer service team.
Unload goods as per client specifications
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs (Checking of times)
Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer.
Daily update(s) and monitoring on all other account’s returns / dispute (s).
Any other Ad-hoc assignment

Requirements

Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about quotation and operational matters in a timely and accurate manner and providing excellent customer services.

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, process shipment and transport requests.

· Manage incoming calls

· Coordinate with customers for their local, import and export shipments

· Understand import and export process

· To complete all required documentations on time.

· To provide customers with proof of deliveries on time

· To submit all documents for billing on time

· Provide assistance with sales and marketing activities as required

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

· To liaise with customers/drivers with regards to any delivery issues

· Tallying/monitoring of deliveries’ invoices

· Check and following up of returns

· To report incidents and hazards as per the relevant working instructions.

· Ensure accurate data entry in reports

· Any other ad hoc task assigned

Job Requirements:

· GCE “O” level certification or ITE certificate or Diploma holder

· At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset

· Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail

· Good working attitude with positive customer mindset

· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Good to have at least basic experience in sea/ air shipment procedures

· Team player, independent with good communications skills.

· Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate goods receipt notes/warehouse receipts and Delivery Orders accordingly
• Manages warehouse inventory and maintains the database
• Generate Goods Receipt Notes/Warehouse Receipts and Delivery Orders, and submit to the billing department/operations department once completed
• Perform inbound cargo checking and outbound cargo checking.
• Ensure all cargoes are appropriately labelled for storage
• Ensure all documents related to good receiving and goods releasing are kept in order in the database
• Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely execution of operations (shipment clearance and delivery).
• To fulfil customer requests and immediately resolve if a complaint arises.
• To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• To conduct an inventory count and assist in verifying stock discrepancies.
• To ensure the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
• To ensure filing of documents is completed on time and accurately.
• Ensure functional activities integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, regulatory compliance, and customer needs.
• To send out daily/weekly/monthly reports as per the customer’s requirements
• To support billing reports when tasked
• Performs other job-related functions as and when required by the superior.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make judgements relative to inventory.
• Proficient in MS Office, computer knowledge, and operating scanning equipment;

• Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and be able to handle stressful conditions.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated.

Education and Experience:

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of work experience in a warehouse is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to carry items up to 25kg.
• Ability to move around the warehouse.
