Responsibilities:

·       Assist Account Director on their specific industry business development and sales in local market.

·       Prospect, identify, qualify, and target accounts fitting the industry before and after market account profile.

·       Conducts regular business reviews, leveraging internal analytics and market intelligence to gain customer insights, and understands positive and negative trends in data, to uncover new opportunities for growth, increase sales, and retain and grow the business by presenting strategic solutions to the customer.

·       Meet sales and activity performance goals, including weekly pipeline report by opportunity. Prepare reports and communicate monthly summary of wins, losses, inhibitors and net-new opportunities

·       Responsible for customer relationship development and management.

·       Collaborate with various practices and functions to ensure local alignment with region / global strategies.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

·       Internship experience or related experience in client / partner management with cross disciplinary experience in business strategy and account management is an advantage.

·       Able to analyze sales performance metrics, have good negotiation skills and the ability to build and foster long-term relationships with customers.

·       Solid personal presence to act as an effective influencer and negotiator at the most senior levels of client management

·       An effective communicator and ability to work effectively as a team player with the sales and delivery teams.

·       Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English is essential in order to liaise with Chinese speaking head office, stakeholders, counterparts and customers.

• Perform new product lab test, customer environment qualification and integration.
• Telecom core network (voice core, packet core) related product and solution installation, commissioning, integration, optimization.
• Participate in core network (voice core, packet core) area trouble shooting, remote / on-site support and emergency recovery activities.
• Involve in the System / Function Verification, trial project and support activities.
• Provide technical support in core network (voice core, packet core) area towards Market Unit / Regional groups, Customer solution, and other department.
• Provide Customer on-site training as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of telecom network technologies is preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, Linux/Unix systems, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Exposure to CCNP concepts, 3GPP standards, or radio/network architecture is a plus.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, scripting) is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) heavily deal with Chinese counterparts in HQ.
