Job Scope
Preparation of tender documents, calling for quotations and evaluating of tender submissions
Preparation of monthly progress claim and certification of sub-contractor's claim
Liaise and establish support with client and consultants on the certificate of payments claim including variation works
Liaise with sub-contractors over site progress, claims and issues
