Job Description

The Product Management Intern supports the product team in researching user needs, analysing system requirements, and coordinating product-related activities for the Octomate platform.

This role provides hands-on exposure to product development and software delivery within a live HR technology environment.

We are looking for interns who can start August 2026 for a minimum of 3 months, 6 months preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product research through user feedback, requirements gathering, and market analysis
• Assist in documenting product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
• Support coordination between product, technology, and operations teams
• Assist in tracking product development progress and timelines
• Support testing and validation of product features and system modules
• Assist in preparing product documentation, release notes, and user guides
• Support rollout and post-launch activities for new features or enhancements

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable working with documentation, requirements, and basic data analysis

The Business Analyst Intern supports the analysis, documentation, and delivery of system modules within the Octomate platform. You will work with stakeholders and developers to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support testing and rollout activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Support translation of requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Assist in analysing workflows and system processes for module enhancements
• Work with developers to clarify requirements and support implementation
• Support system testing activities, including SIT and UAT coordination
• Assist in preparing user guides, training materials, and documentation
• Support deployment, rollout, and post-implementation activities
• Maintain organised documentation of requirements, processes, and changes

Job Description

The Pre-Sales & Implementation Analyst supports both client acquisition and system delivery by understanding customer requirements, demonstrating system capabilities, and implementing solutions on the Octomate platform.

This role bridges business requirements and system configuration to ensure successful client onboarding and adoption of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support

• Engage prospective clients to understand business workflows and operational requirements
• Conduct product demonstrations and system walkthroughs
• Support preparation of proposals, solution documentation, and presentations
• Work with sales and product teams to propose suitable system solutions

Implementation & Delivery

• Translate client requirements into system configurations and implementation plans
• Configure and implement Octomate system modules (e.g. scheduling, timesheets, leave, claims)
• Support data setup, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Coordinate implementation timelines and client communications
• Prepare user guides and training materials, and conduct user training where required
• Provide post-implementation support during initial rollout

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients effectively
• Comfortable working with system workflows and functional requirements
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate across teams
• Prior experience in pre-sales, implementation, or software delivery is an advantage
