Design, implement, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure.
Install, configure, and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Perform network troubleshooting at L2/L3 levels and root cause analysis.
Implement and manage network security controls, firewall rules, IDS/IPS, and VPN access.
Support network upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practices.
Work closely with system, security, and application teams on infrastructure integration.
Manage network documentation, diagrams, IP addressing, and configuration backups.
Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and service providers for issue resolution and projects.
Strong experience with routing and switching (TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP).
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar network devices.
Experience managing firewalls, VPNs, and network security solutions.
Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Experience with wireless networks (Wi-Fi) and access point management.
Understanding of high availability, redundancy, and failover designs.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
