About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchaser & Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Construction, Hardware, or Aluminum & Glass industry and be able to manage procurement processes efficiently while coordinating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and supplies required for projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory, and project requirements.
• Assist in project coordination and ensure smooth workflow across teams.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast procurement needs to avoid delays.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction, hardware, or aluminum & glass industry procurement or coordination.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters.
• Manage employee insurance purchases and renewals.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Can create and generate own designs and new ideas designs.

• Produce detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations and understand the aluminium windows, glass and door installation related job nature

Job Requirements

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Developing, coordinating, and managing daily/weekly production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Construction: Tendering, management in installation of aluminium window and glass doors projects, supervise the workers and dealing with customers to meet job satisfaction.
• Workplace Safety: Check the work and safety and manage the procedures to control the risks.
• Operational Efficiency: Monitoring performance, analyzing data, and implementing improvements to optimize output and reduce costs.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensuring products meet quality standards and that the facility complies with safety regulations (e.g., GMP, OSHA).
• Staff Leadership & Management: Supervising production personnel, including hiring, training, coaching, and assigning tasks.
• Resource Management: Allocating materials, labor, and equipment efficiently to meet targets.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Developing and maintaining production budgets and preparing performance reports for senior management.

Experience: Minium 8 years experience in relevant field
