Job Summary
You will support customer service and sales by responding to enquiries, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with simple sales in a fast-paced lighting and ceiling fan wholesale environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and walk-in to provide accurate information and support
- Process invoicing accurately to ensure timely billing and record-keeping
- Manage order processing efficiently to facilitate smooth sales transactions
- Arrange delivery schedules to coordinate timely product shipments
- Assist customers with simple sales interactions without hard selling
- Use basic computer skills to perform daily administrative tasks
- Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while learning and adapting to new tasks

Benefits and Work Schedule
- Full-time position with a salary starting from $2,400 plus incentives
- Work location: Admiralty, within walking distance from MRT
- Work schedule: 5 days per week with alternate Saturdays off
- Working hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Wednesday 9:30 AM to 4PM
