Overview

The Copyeditor/Subeditor is responsible for copyediting, proofreading and production editing for one of our client's marketing communications materials, working closely with writers and other creatives to maintain the highest possible standards.

The ideal candidate is technically-savvy, possesses a keen eye and an exceptional attention to detail to ensure clarity and accuracy in each project copy. He/She should be flexible, adaptable and results-driven, with the skills to work across stakeholders, and an ability to focus and prioritise in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will be required to build strong working relationships with the in-market and global teams to ensure delivery of linguistically and tonally perfect campaigns that will ensure the client’s products stand out in your market/s.

We are looking for this person to freelance with us indefinitely. Due to the confidential nature of certain projects, this role would require you to work full days onsite at the client's/our offices at times for about 3-5 weeks per campaign.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing in-country validation of customer-facing marketing content across digital, print and in-store communications, with a focus on consistency with brand tone of voice
• Edit and proofread editorial, marketing, and social media copy
• Work closely with in-country team on a high volume of projects and deliver on time and to an excellent standard, often with short deadlines
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent tone of voice, personality and cultural relevance for Singapore.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
• Leverage glossaries and style guides to ensure alignment with the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring clarity and accuracy of translations, and maintaining the highest possible standards
• Ensure clarity and accuracy in communications, and maintain the highest possible standards
• Responsible for ensuring product and technical accuracy, as well as linguistic accuracy (grammar and spelling, as well as cultural relevance)
• Ensure special attention is paid to whether content is appropriate and correct for the Singapore market
• Responsible for providing ongoing linguistic guidance and feedback to the clients and project managers
• Proactively contribute ideas to the project management or traffic team for process improvement
• Responsible for keeping own product and brand knowledge up to date

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in copyediting and/or subediting for both marketing and technical materials for the Singapore market
• Experience in editing and proofreading marketing and communications materials, preferably for a creative or consumer brand. 
• Must also have a nuanced understanding of language conventions, style and usage 
• Possess familiarity with U.S. English style and usage
• Experience working for global brands
• Working knowledge of translation and project management tools
• Experience in supporting the development and maintenance of style guides and glossaries
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work as a team member
• Must be able to perform effectively and efficiently under time pressure
• Solid understanding and grounding in the SG-English language style, usage, grammar, and punctuation

What does a (Freelance On-site) Digital Project Manager do at WPP Production? 

You will be expected to lead and manage digital projects for the South East Asian (SEA) market while bringing together a multi-disciplinary team comprising of internal resources and external resources as required. You will also be expected to implement interactive marketing communications that answers the brief within all the necessary specified style and technical guidelines for our Client. You will work closely with Front-End Developers, Production Designers and QA Engineers on a day-to-day basis and will also need to engage with other cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. 

This vacancy is for upcoming short-term projects that will be happening from July - October 2026 and subsequently on freelance basis. Each project is likely to last between 3-5 weeks and would most likely require the team to work full days on-site at the client's office. Ideally, we are looking for long-term freelance partners so there is no end-date in mind

• Manage interactive project resources and production timelines whilst identifying critical path/dependencies to drive projects forward and ensuring quality execution and implementation.
• Point of liaison for interactive infrastructure related programs including (but not limited to) CMS and web development.
• Manage relationships and expectations with global counterparts, regularly keeping key stakeholders informed of the status of projects managed.
• Provide usability insights and click path optimisation recommendations.
• Ensure that information displayed on the Client’s regional sites/eDMs are accurate and of high quality.
• Ensure that all digital assets adhere to the Client’s global brand guidelines and are consistent throughout all the regional sites/eDMs.
• Ensure that the line manager is always aware of all issues and proposed solutions (including potential delays) to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation.
• Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology.

Requirements

• Project management background with at least 3+ years project management experience in a digital agency or digital advertising 
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English
• Proven experience working for a consumer driven multinational company would be highly advantageous
• Pragmatic, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and detailed in project documentation, accountability and tracking
• Experience and proficiency in working on both Mac and PC platforms preferred
• The ability to function productively under a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Overview

This vacancy is for upcoming short-term projects that will happen intermittently. Each project is likely to last between 3-5 weeks and would most likely require the team to work full days on-site at the office in Singapore.

Working alongside a Content Studio team, you will execute and create all required localised images featured within our Client's website and other marketing materials. Responsibilities include reviewing content for cultural viability for the South East Asian (SEA) markets.

The Content Project Manager liaises with Cross-Functional teams, the Creative team as well as the usage rights team to collate and keep track of content for any new campaign(s). This freelance assignment will start in July 2026 and you must able to work on-site. 

Responsibilities

• Build consolidated short lists of campaign imagery
• Request file building from SEA Content Studio for new images to be created
• Request photo retouching for all lifestyle photos to be featured
• Route loose cross-functional imagery for approval
• Fulfil image requests from various functional teams
• Communicate with other team members on requests, project information and transferring of assets
• Keep trackers up to date along with managing asset database
• Work with usage rights team on 3rd party assets relevant to the SEA markets
• Work with digital asset managers to transfer launch assets to long-term Digital Asset system
• Assist Content PM(s) in understanding the nuances of different languages and be able to identify what content requires localisation and to convert it to a brief for the graphic production team
• Plan, manage, and track the content localisation of assets throughout the production process to achieve on-time delivery as directed by Content PM(s).
• Manage the staging and organisation of final assets on servers as directed by Content PM(s).
• Review deliverables and communicate edits and final asset delivery, specifically to the graphic production team

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site at the office for projects that happen intermittently throughout the year
• At least 2+ years of experience in project management at design firm or ad agency
• Experience in graphic production/photo producing and/or knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite’s Photoshop is advantageous
• Flexible, creative, solution-oriented individual
• Knowledge of image and production specific needs for image reproduction; including website builds, POS, Motion Graphics, and email marketing
• Accuracy and an excellent eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding creative and production environment. Flexibility is key to this role as well as working beyond the 9:00-17:30 framework and occasionally on weekends

The Partner Communications Manager will work with the Client's Partner Communications team to facilitate the delivery of all partner marketing campaigns for Vietnamese market. This role will be a 3-6 months contract position based in Singapore. 

Responsibility of this role covers the following : 

Comms review

• Validate and collate partner marketing materials for Client to review and for final sign-off
• Support the Client in setting up review sessions with partners.
• Monitor timelines set by Client and ensure all feedback rounds and launch timelines are met as per Client’s requirements. 
• Document all rounds of feedback and ensure these are filed in the appropriate Box folders set by Client

Comms execution/production

• Create mockups as per comms and event guidelines provided by Client for Client’s Worldwide team review and approval 
• Ensure all assets are handed off on time 
• Execute comms or events as and when needed as per Client’s brief
• Create mockups for Client’s Worldwide review to facilitate speed to market

Reporting

• Collate and maintain up-to-date NPI reports for Client’s review 
• Assist with filing all reports within Box folders set up by Client for future reference
• Assist with compiling learnings from campaigns for Client to share with internal stakeholders

Client Management

• Ensure that the Hogarth line manager is aware of all client issues and proposed solutions (including potential delays) to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation
• Keep Client informed with timely updates, and of any circumstances which may have an impact on project delivery

Experience required 

• Degree with a  minimum of 5 years solid agency experience preferred, with project management experience 
• Experience managing and working with multiple partners and vendors on projects
• Event management and execution will be a bonus and good-to-have
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English and Vietnamese as you will be required to

As an integral part of the team, the Freelance Copywriter (Simplified Chinese) will help shape the creative direction and transcreation of content in Simplified Chinese and be responsible for creating clear, concise and compelling copy for the client's web, in-store, eDMs and other marketing communication platforms in Singapore and Malaysia. 

The ideal candidate is technically-savvy, possesses a keen eye and an exceptional attention to detail to ensure clarity and accuracy in each project copy. He/She should be flexible, adaptable and results-driven, with the skills to work across stakeholders and an ability to focus and prioritise in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You will be required to build strong working relationships with both in-market and global teams to ensure the delivery of linguistically and tonally accurate campaigns that help the client’s products stand out in your market.

This role involves 3–4 engagements per year, and you should be comfortable committing to high-intensity campaign periods, which may require on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Transcreate/Write, copyedit, review, and elevate campaign copy that result in effective and compelling communication for the client’s brand and products across SEA 
• Maintain consistency in the brand's tone of voice regardless of media format
• Ensure all messages are clear, follow the spirit of the English master copy and communicate the same strategic or product message
• Guide and maintain the quality of the translated long copy
• Review, rewrite and approve all translated marketing copy from our translation partners
• Work with a team of other copywriters, editors and translators and take full responsibility for the quality and accuracy of their work
• Validate TV, print and digital advertising created by our advertising agency and help steer the team in decisions made on behalf of the client

Qualifications

• 5 years experience as an advertising copywriter for Simplified Chinese language
• Creative thinker with solid copywriting and copyediting skills and thorough understanding of tone/brand voice
• Worked on tech brands (international and regional)
• Confident when presenting creative ideas and able to do that in a simple, clear way, with just the right amount of detail
• Cares about the craft and obsessed with excellent writing that is thoughtful, meaningful, clear, inspiring and provocative at times
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
• Understanding of language subtleties (especially when it comes to adapting creative)
• Team player – easy to get along with and able to work closely with Editors and wider production teams
• Possess a good sense of humour (trust us, there'll be days when you'll need it)Must be able to perform effectively and efficiently under time pressure.
