Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions for BFSI clients. This role bridges business strategy and technology execution, driving digital transformation initiatives across cloud, application, and data platforms.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for shaping scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures, supporting both pre-sales and delivery phases, and ensuring alignment with client business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Architecture

• Design end-to-end solution architectures across application, cloud, integration, and data domains
• Define scalable, resilient, and secure architectures aligned with enterprise standards
• Drive adoption of modern architecture patterns (microservices, API-first, event-driven)

2. Digital Transformation & Modernization

• Lead modernization initiatives (legacy transformation, cloud migration, platform re-architecture)
• Recommend architecture strategies using cloud-native and automation approaches
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD, platform engineering)

3. Client Engagement & Presales

• Engage clients to understand business requirements and translate into solution blueprints
• Support presales activities including solution proposal, effort estimation, and technical presentations
• Articulate business value, ROI, and technology roadmap to stakeholders

4. Delivery Leadership

• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle (design → build → deploy)
• Work closely with delivery teams, vendors, and partners to ensure successful implementation
• Govern architecture compliance, quality, and risk management

5. Technology Strategy & Innovation

• Evaluate emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Automation, Data platforms)
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within solution offerings
• Contribute to reusable assets, frameworks, and reference architectures

6. Governance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards
• Maintain architecture documentation, design artifacts, and technical standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in IT, with strong exposure to solution architecture
• Proven experience in BFSI industry (banking, insurance, financial services)

Technical Competencies:

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Microservices and API architecture
• Integration platforms and middleware
• DevOps /DevSecOps practices
• Enterprise system design and distributed systems

Good understanding of:

• Data architecture and analytics platforms
• Cyber security and regulatory compliance (BFSI context)
• ITSM / ITIL practices

Preferred Certifications:

• TOGAF / Architecture frameworks
• Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure)
• PMP or equivalent

Key Attributes:

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional and regional teams

Job Description & Requirements

To perform preventive and corrective maintenance works on equipment to ensure equipment can function/operate properly and safely.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Carry out preventive maintenance works in accordance to the schedule.

2. Carry out corrective maintenance works as when required.

3. Observe safety work procedures.

4. Ensure that tools provided are properly kept and used.

5. Observe proper behavior while working.

6. Perform standby works when required.

7. Follow-up on breakdown report and assist Standby Sectionwhere required.

8. Report to the superior on all matters relating to the section.

9. Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior.

10. To keep proper records of works carried out in the relevant reports.

11. Attend to the building or equipment inspection as required, by law (BCA, FSB).

12. Assist in conducting and investigation of damages/accidents to equipment or personnel.

13. Follow-up on QA defects.

14. Ensure compliance to Environmental Policy, reduction of waste and prevention of pollution.

15. Perform maintenance work under supervision.
