We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to manage customer enquiries, feedback, and service coordination in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will act as the key point of contact between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and effective resolution of issues.

- Experience in customer service / customer relations / stakeholder management preferred
- Able to remain calm and professional when handling difficult or demanding customers

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and follow up on cases to ensure proper resolution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare notices, updates, and customer communications
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and maintain proper documentation
- Assist with administrative duties, reporting, and coordination work
- Handle escalated or sensitive situations with professionalism and composure
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range: $3,000 – $4,500 (based on experience)
- 5.5 days work week
