Our next hire would ideally be a positive sales person who has hands-on and organizational skills, who has the ambition to grow with Heveya and has the passion to care for the environment and the community which aligns with Heveya®'s core values.
How you will contribute:
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, both in-store and via digital platforms, providing friendly and professional assistance.
- Educate customers on the unique benefits and transparent concept of Heveya® mattresses, explaining product features, materials, and health advantages.
- Manage after-sales inquiries, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchases and addressing any issues promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries, ensuring smooth communication between the customer, delivery team, and relevant departments.
- Complete any necessary after-sales administrative tasks, including order processing, returns, and warranty claims.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within the Outlets at all times, ensuring that the store is well-presented and aligns with brand standards.
- Regularly inspect the Outlets for cleanliness and safety, making sure all products and displays are in optimal condition.
- Assist in managing and tracking inventory levels in the Outlets, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular stock audits and communicate any product shortages or discrepancies to the management team.
- Promote the Heveya® brand ethos by maintaining a high level of product knowledge and representing the company with integrity and professionalism.
