Working Hours:
- Days Off: Sunday (PM), Mondays
- Candidates should be available to work on weekends.
Your Role at Hess Academy:
- Inspire: Lead engaging and interactive English classes for primary-level students using both physical classroom settings and dynamic online platforms.
- Create: Craft compelling learning materials with Hess Academy's extensive content library and syllabus frameworks.
- Connect: Establish strong relationships through effective student and parent management, ensuring continuous communication and feedback.
- Promote: Actively contribute to marketing content to boost student engagement and outreach.
- Support: Perform necessary administrative tasks related to class management to ensure a seamless learning experience.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 Years of Teaching/Tutoring Experience in Primary & Secondary Level English
- Strong Written & Presentation Skills
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Powerpoint
- Proficient in the use of a writing tablet to conduct classes
- Mastery of the Primary & Secondary English syllabus and being able to contribute to syllabus development
