We are looking for a Herd Support Executive to join our team and provide technical support for our products and services based in Singapore. You will be handling our Malaysian client base and will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, resolving user queries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our products.

Job responsibilities:

·       Provide first-level support such as system setting, onboarding, payroll processing and etc.

·       Respond to user requests and inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, such as login problems, data errors, or functionality errors.

·       Escalate complex issues to the second-level support team or the vendor as needed.
