Supervise and guide team towards maximum performance and service standards
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Experienced in beauty industry with proven strong record of sales
Able to achieve outlet monthly sales target set by Management
Deal with feedbacks and complaints from customers to maintain the outlet’s reputation
Manpower scheduling for staff.
Submit daily sales and revenue reports to Management
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety requirements

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide beauty services to both female and male customer
Hands-on experience in performing professional skin analysis and treatments for customers.
Maintain a good relationship with clients by providing excellent customer service.
Attend to client needs and provide professional advice on pre-treatment and post-treatment care.
Introduce beauty services to customers depending on their requirement(s).
Ensure overall cleanliness of treatment room, sterilisation of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Hands-on experience in performing treatments.
