Ensure authenticity in taste, texture, and presentation of all dishes
Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes
Monitor inventory of ingredients and place orders when necessary
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Train and supervise kitchen staff when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a South Indian Chef or similar role in 7 to10 yrs
Strong knowledge of South Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
Ability to prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
Expertise in making dosa batter, chutneys, and traditional gravies
Good time management and multitasking skills
Understanding of food safety regulations
Culinary certification or relevant training is an advantage
