Job Responsibilities

 Study and identify discrepancies in tender /contract documents and raise queries for clarifications.

 Communication with Opreation team for preparation of clarifications, work valuation and certification

 Submission of progress claims

 Prepare and follow up Progress payment and claims In timely manner⁠⁠

 Contract administration and documentation including Variation Works with the Clients /Main Contractors.

 Evaluation and certify sub-contractors progress claims.

 Other quantity surveying related duties for projects.

Job Requirements

 Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

 Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in construction.

 ⁠Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Proficient in MS Office.

 Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Job Summary

You will support warehouse operations by accurately counting and recording inventory, verifying sales orders against picking lists, and documenting loading and unloading processes with photographs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately count inventory items to maintain stock records
• Record inventory data systematically to ensure up-to-date stock information
• Verify sales orders against picking lists to ensure correct order fulfillment
• Take clear photographs of loading and unloading activities to document shipments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work effectively within a team to support warehouse operations
• Forklift driver license is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates without it will also be considered

Other Information

• Transport provided at designated pick-up points

JobDescriptions

1.      Prepare and manage payroll foroffice, warehouse and sites staff including salary computation, commissioncalculation and other staff disbursement.

2.       Prepare payroll reports, manpower planning& budgeting.

3.      Attend to remuneration relatedqueries from employees and other stakeholders.

4.      Continuously review and improve thepayroll process for efficiency.

5.      Manage work passes e.g. work permit,S pass, EP and others

6.      Co-ordinate and manage thenecessaries for onboarding, exit of employees

7.      Involve in recruitment e.g.selection

8.      Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements including CPF, annual income tax filing, tax clearance, submissionof government related claims, grant application.

9.      Arrange and manage staff training.

10. Support & arrange annual HR /companywide activities.

11. Any other duties relevant to human resources as assigned.

Requirement

1.      Familiar with MOM, CPF and other regulatory guidelines on payroll, CPF, levy, work passes application &renewal, Employment Act.   

2.      Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in handling high-volume payroll for over 200 employees.

3.      Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or other related field of studies. 

4.      Fluent in English and able to communicate in basic Chinese.

5.      Ability to work within tight deadline.

6.      Willing to work at Tuas.
