Job Title: Change Management Specialist (Technology Training) - International Law Firm
Location: Singapore

About the Role
A leading international professional services firm is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support its Asia offices. This role plays a key part in driving technology adoption and enhancing user capability across legal and business teams.

You will act as the regional “face” of Change and transformation, delivering impactful training programmes and working closely with stakeholders to improve efficiency and engagement with technology tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand training needs and adoption challenges
• Deliver onboarding and induction training for new joiners
• Design and deliver engaging training programmes (in-person and virtual)
• Develop training materials including guides, videos, and e-learning content
• Customise training for different teams and business units
• Organise regular drop-in sessions and workshops across Asia offices
• Monitor feedback and identify opportunities to improve technology adoption
• Collaborate with IT, Innovation, and regional teams to drive improvements
• Promote new tools, including emerging AI and legal technologies
• Support internal communications such as regional newsletters and updates

Requirements

• Experience in change management, training, or technology adoption roles
• Background in legal or professional services environments preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident engaging stakeholders across all levels
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems (e.g. document or case management tools)
• Experience creating training materials and e-learning content (e.g. Camtasia, Articulate 360 or similar)
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities

Payroll Specialist (Professional Services)

About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established professional services firm to hire a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations and support related accounting and compliance functions. This role offers exposure to a dynamic environment with close interaction across finance, HR, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary payments
• Handle payroll-related calculations including bonuses, adjustments, and reimbursements
• Review and reconcile payroll reports in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
• Prepare payroll reports for management and regulatory submissions
• Support month-end closing activities, including payroll journals and accruals
• Prepare statutory tax filings (e.g. IR8A, IR8E, IR21) and liaise with external advisors where required
• Assist with partner-related matters including tax reporting and payment reconciliations
• Review employee expense claims and process reimbursements
• Support payroll system enhancements and process improvements
• Respond to payroll and expense-related queries in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws and regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, and income tax requirements
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll processing
• Good understanding of payroll accounting (journals, accruals, month-end close)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Preferred

• Experience in a professional services environment (e.g. legal, accounting, consulting)
• Exposure to partner-related payroll or tax matters

FP&A Analyst / Trading Accountant

This is a mid-size energy and bunker trading company with ambitious growth plans in the region. As part of those ambitions, there is now a newly created opportunity as a FP&A Analyst to enhance the management reporting structure of the company's business activities.

Main responsibilities

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) and provide clear commentary on business performance.
• Track and monitor key financial and operational metrics, including trading margins, volumes and cost drivers.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance financial visibility and reporting across the business.
• Assist on other ad-hoc tasks and reporting as required by Senior Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 3 – 6 years’ relevant experience in accounting, preferably within an energy, commodities trading or shipping environment.
• Strong foundation in financial accounting and reporting is essential.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting or financial analysis will be an added advantage.
• Able to function as a hands-on contributor in a lean team environment.
• High proficiency in Excel skills and Microsoft Office experience.
