Responsibilities
Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement strategies for accident prevention, safe work practices, and compliance with statutory Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
Implement, monitor, and maintain Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, procedures, and programs across project sites.
Ensure all site personnel strictly adhere to company safety policies, safe work procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead and coordinate WSH communication initiatives, promoting safety awareness across all levels of the organization.
Identify potential hazards and safety gaps proactively, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement preventive and corrective measures.
Organize and act as the secretary for Safety Committee meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and conduct regular safety inspections and audits for management reporting.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, training sessions, and emergency drills to enhance safety awareness and preparedness.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases, determine root causes, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and supervise site safety personnel, fostering a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records, documentation, and reports in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the building or civil construction industry.
Registered as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for at least 5 years.
Good knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Possess strong technical knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board, or equivalent qualifications.
Minimum 3 years of relevant engineering experience in the construction industry.
Proven experience in managing projects of similar scale, nature, and complexity, particularly in building works.
Prior hands-on experience in construction site supervision and coordination.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination, and quality control procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Review financial reports and accounting records prepared by overseas appointed agencies, where applicable.
Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of GST returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
Coordinate and liaise with external auditors for statutory audits and ensure all audit requirements are met.

Provide financial information and supporting documents to tax agents for annual tax filings and respond to tax-related queries.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
Experience in handling full sets of accounts, audit, tax, and financial reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
