Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations to maintain smooth workflow and timely food preparation
- Prepare and cook dishes following company recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
- Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff to improve skills and maintain performance standards
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness to comply with safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering and control to prevent shortages or waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Coordinate with service staff to facilitate efficient food service and customer satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support kitchen operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B or kitchen operations
- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Demonstrate responsibility, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
Other Information
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $4,000 per month
- 4 days off per month
- Annual leave and medical leave as per MOM regulations
