Do you love baking and want to improve your skills in a professional kitchen? We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible baking assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Assist the head chef in daily baking production, including breads, pastries, and other baked goods
Prepare and weigh ingredients according to recipe specifications
Clean and maintain baking equipment, tools, and work areas
Help monitor ingredient inventory and restock or report needs on time
Follow standard procedures for processing, shaping, and baking semi-finished and finished products
Requirements:
About 1 year of baking-related experience; passionate about the baking industry
Basic knowledge of handling doughs and batters
Meticulous and responsible with a strong team-oriented attitude
Able to work early mornings and stand for extended periods
Graduates of a baking school are preferred
Working hours:
5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
1 day off per week
