Description
Your responsibilities and duties are the following: -
a) Handle administration duties
b) Handling Phone calls & Sales order inquiries
c) Filing
d) Debtor Statement, knoff invoice, Customer outstanding report.
e) Other duties as and when assigned to you by the company
g) Bus - 169 or 856
Company provide Lunch
Requirement :
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin (Chinese speaking customers)
- Working hour: 9am-6pm
- Working day: 5 work days (Tue - Sat)
