Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to a high standard.
Operate coffee machines and other equipment with care and precision.
Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following recipes and presentation guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
Take orders, served food and beverages professionally, and handle payment through POS system.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
Passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to learn.
Strong communication skills in English
