Handle full sets of location accounts for Singapore, including general ledger, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and month-end closing activities.
Prepare consolidated financial statements of the Group
Monthly closing for Singapore companies
Handling tax filings for Singapore companies
Participate in finance modelling, accounting and managerial reports, budgeting, cash flow forecast and analysis on financial and business performance
Formulate financial management policies and accounting procedures
Liaise with financial institutions on treasury and cashflow management matters
Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit and tax and compliance matters
Any ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager
Job Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience gaining from sizeable CPA firm (preferably with commercial financial experience); Regional exposures are a plus
Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation policies, listing rules and other related regulations;
Solid experience in the areas of consolidation and financial reporting for Hong Kong listed companies would be an advantage;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
