Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites or designated locations
Supervise, train, and manage cleaning supervisors and cleaners
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and manpower deployment plans
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure service quality and compliance with standards
Handle client feedback, complaints, and service recovery in a timely manner
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate replenishment
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements (e.g. WSH standards in Singapore)
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of cleaning staff
Prepare operational reports and submit updates to management
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in cleaning operations or facilities management
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
Good understanding of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment
Familiar with Singapore workplace safety standards (WSH)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Able to work independently and handle multiple sites
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
