Human Resources (HR)

manages the employee life cycle, focusing on recruiting, hiring, on boarding, payroll, benefits, training, performance management, MOM PROCEDURES & DOCUMENTS, CLIENTS DOCUMENTATION and legal compliance

HR acts as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture, handling conflict resolution, and ensuring adherence to labour laws to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction

• Prepare quotation and follow up the clients
• Responsible for generating of invoices
• Send monthly payment of account issue remainding letter and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Handle dialy attentance list and leacve records
• Prepare accounts receivable monthly
• Prepare and calculate time sheet summary and over time accurately
• Prepare documents and submit gst quarterly
• Prepare and submit dormitory check in, check out lists
• Liase with statutory auditors and prepare necessary scheducles required for audit.
• Renewal of Insurance.
• Any Other Administrative duties assigned.

• Develop, monitor and assess governance, risk and compliance control system
• Responsible for company's onboarding policies and global compliance to company's onboarding policies
• Responsible for overseeing and updating all global commercial Terms and Conditions
• Assisting the Sales team with the review of customer agreements
• Collaborate with the Finance, Sales and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
• Liaising with internal global stakeholders in various countries and filing of various agreements
• Maintaining the integrity of large amounts of data in the contracts database
• Coordinating the execution of agreements with internal and external signatories.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments, and industry-specific regulations
• Conduct basic training sessions (legal orientation training).
• Reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (“NDA”) and liaising with the relevant departments to obtain information to review the NDA.
