- Drive sales of haircut and grooming solutions to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Provide personalized styling and grooming advice to clients to enhance their experience
- Manage walk-in and appointment-based customers efficiently to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance and demonstrate a strong sense of style to represent the brand
- Apply fade, shaving, and hair-related services competently to support sales and client satisfaction
- Demonstrate self-motivation and target-driven behavior to achieve sales goals

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $1,500 – $1,800
