Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support (e.g. processing of expense claims, raising of invoices, booking travel)
- E-filing of documents and contracts
- Handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience, ideally in an office
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
