Community & Marketing Manager

Key Objectives

Grow the active player community.

Increase participation in events, leagues, and coaching programs.

Strengthen brand awareness in Singapore.

Improve member retention and engagement.

Develop partnerships that drive revenue and community growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Community Growth & Engagement (40%)

Manage and grow community channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, etc.).

Welcome and onboard new players.

Create initiatives that encourage repeat participation.

Build relationships with key community members and ambassadors.

Gather member feedback and identify improvement opportunities.

Develop loyalty and referral programs.

Ensure a positive and inclusive community culture.

2. Marketing & Content (30%)

Create and execute monthly marketing campaigns.

Manage social media content calendar.

Produce content including:

Match highlights

Player stories

Coaching tips

Event promotions

Community spotlights

Coordinate photography and videography.

Manage email newsletters and CRM communications.

Track campaign performance and optimize accordingly.

3. Events & Experiences (20%)

Plan and execute:

Social play sessions

Tournaments

Corporate events

Beginner clinics

Community mixers

Coordinate event logistics and registrations.

Ensure excellent participant experience.

Work with coaches and venue partners.

4. Partnerships & Sponsorships (10%)

Develop relationships with:

Brands

Corporate groups

Schools

Fitness communities

Lifestyle partners

Secure sponsorships and collaboration opportunities.

Manage partner activations and reporting.

The Role

As our Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in growing awareness, participation, and engagement across our facilities and programs. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive memberships, program enrolments, events, and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for pickleball and padel programs, leagues, events, and facilities

Manage and grow our social media presence (content planning, posting, engagement, and analytics)

Create marketing content including posts, emails, flyers, ads, and website updates

Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities

Support event marketing for tournaments, launches, and community activations

Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications

Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations

Work closely with operations, coaching, and management teams to align messaging

What We’re Looking For

1+ years’ experience in marketing, preferably in sports, fitness, lifestyle, or hospitality

Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

Passion for sports—pickleball and padel experience is a big plus (but not essential)

FSA Holdings Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Padel & Tennis Coach to deliver high-quality coaching services to members of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in padel and tennis instruction, with a focus on developing fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured tennis and padel lessons for children, adults, and groups of varying skill levels.
• Adapt coaching methods to suit individual learning needs and sport-specific demands.
• Teach fundamental techniques, match strategy, and sportsmanship.
• Provide player feedback and monitor progress.

Programme & Event Support:

• Assist with the planning and delivery of camps, social play sessions, leagues, and tournaments.
• Promote both sports within the community to drive participation and engagement.
• Support the development of performance players in both tennis and padel.

Requirements:

• Tennis Coaching Qualification: Minimum ITF Level 1 or equivalent.
• Padel Coaching Qualification: Certification from a recognized body (e.g. FIP, PadelMBA), or demonstrable experience in padel instruction.
• Past touring pro experience will be advantageous.
• Willing to work 150+ hours monthly
• Valid Standard First Aid with CPR/AED.
• Proven coaching experience with children and adults.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during club events.

We are seeking a proactive androgenized Admin & Operations Executive to support dailyoperations, customer service, and programme coordination.

You will play a key role in ensuringsmooth operations across bookings, customer experience, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations Support

• Handle general administrative duties and maintain proper records
• Support day-to-day business operations

Customer Service

• Manage enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
• Liaise with both public customers and corporate clients

Booking & Website Management

• Manage facility bookings, classes, and events via booking systems
