Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Proactively identify and pursue key prospects to expand the firm’s client portfolio within Outsourcing, Tax, and related advisory services.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, finance leaders, and business owners to understand their operational and compliance needs.
• Prepare tailored proposals, credentials decks, and engagement letters in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Drive go‑to‑market initiatives and campaigns
• Represent the firm at industry events, roundtables, and conferences to enhance visibility and facilitate new relationships.
• Support negotiations and closing of new engagements alongside Partners and Service Line Heads.

Strategic Account & Pipeline Management 

• Develop structured account and pursuit plans for priority prospects and strategic industries.
• Monitor pipeline progress and conversion rates using CRM (i.e., NetSuite) or internal tracking tools.
• Provide timely feedback on lead quality and market trends to refine targeting strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Events Management

Requirements
