1. Handle customer enquiries, receive and process orders, ensuring accuracy in order entry and fulfillment.
2. Check availability of raw materials, initiate procurement of required raw materials as appropriate.
3. Monitor order status and keep customers informed of any changes to delivery schedules; address and resolve customers' complaints promptly.
4. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
5. Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and ensure that customers are invoiced after all the documentations, e.g. delivery orders, are completed
