Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated Hadoop Administrator with 3 years of handsonexperience in managing Cloudera Hadoop environments You will support dailyplatform operations assist in patching upgrades and participate in migrationactivities under senior guidance
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor Hadoop cluster performance and ensureservice availability
· Handle incident management and perform vendorlog collection for Cloudera products
· Execute application stopstart and configurationrequests as per operational needs
Collaborate with OS Storage Network and Compute teams for crossplatform support
· Assist in job failure analysis queue managementand resource allocation
· Perform patching minor upgrades and participatein NiFi template migrations
Contribute to backup and recovery operations for critical datasets
· Handle user and access management requestsKerberos Ranger LDAP
Participate in Cloudera minor version upgrades and hotfix deployment undersupervision
· Support DR drill activities and synchronizationbetween production and DR environments
· Monitor platform using Cloudera Manager Grafanaand ELK dashboards
Required Skills Experience
· 3 years experience with the Hadoop ecosystemHDFS YARN Hive Spark Oozie
· Basic understanding of Cloudera Manager and its administrative tools
· Proficient in Linux administration and shellscripting
· Familiar with Kerberos authentication Ranger security and user access management
· Understanding of patch management and platform upgrade workflow
· Good troubleshooting log analysis and communication skills
· Good to Have Exposure to Python or Ansible scripting for automation
· Experience in CICD based cluster operations
· Familiarity with AWS or Azurebased Hadoop deploymentsKeywords
