Role Overview

You will contribute to end-to-end marketing initiatives including brand campaigns, social media, content development,partnerships, PR/KOL management, and advertising. The role requires strongorganisation, good creative judgment, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Brand and Content

● Support brand development across all touchpoints.

● Manage social media planning, content coordination, and community engagement.

● Execute simple paid social activities on Meta (boosting, basic campaign setup) based on provided strategy.

● Assist in content creation including copywriting, briefing designers, and overseeing production.

● Contribute to merchandise concepts and brand-led creative assets.

PR, KOL, and Partnerships

● Assist with PR coordination, media engagement, and agency communication.

● Manage influencer/KOL outreach and content deliverables.

● Support the identification and coordination of brand partnerships.

Campaigns and Projects

● Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns such as menu launches, seasonal activations,collaborations, and in-store events.

● Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, and approvals with internal teams and agencies.

● Ensure brand consistency across all campaign materials.

Analytics & Reporting

● Compile marketing data to evaluate campaign results and customer engagement.

● Prepare weekly or monthly reports for internal review.

● Use insights to support optimisation of future initiatives.

Requirements:

● 2–4 years of marketing experience in consumer brands, lifestyle, retail, hospitality, or F&B.

● Strong understanding of brand and social media.

● Good copywriting and content planning skills.

● Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

● Comfortable with campaign planning and working with agencies.

● Basic understanding of analytics and performance marketing.

● Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

● Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently when needed.

Job Description

• Partner with Hiring Managers on the recruitment process sourcing, screening, offering and providing interview evaluations and tracking the status of the candidates.

• Attend to job seekers and potential applicants who walk into the Recruitment Office to assist them with their enquiries or interview appointments.

• Publish positions on advertisement channels and job portals, monitor process and track data.

• Manage resumes received; ensure applicants’ information are updated in the ATS.

• Disseminate shortlisted applicants to Departments for review and track the outcome.

• Manage and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates; ensuring good candidates’ experience.

• Review job descriptions and job requirements for posting on the external job boards.

• Prepare salary proposals for shortlisted candidates and extend offers to candidates ensuring proposed salaries are in alignment with internal policies.

• Participate in and support recruitment activities and events.

• Prepare and generate reports as required.

• Perform any other jobs as assigned within the Talent Acquisition scope.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience.

• Applicants with prior experience as a recruitment consultant and those with prior HR experience in large multinational companies will have an advantage for the role. Candidates without the academic qualification but with equivalent years of experience is welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in recruiting for F&B related roles will be an advantage.

• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.

• Possess knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws / Employment Act is an advantage.

• A good team player and able to work under tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in written and conversational English.

Description
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be working as part of a team to ensure the accurate and timely closing of period-end accounts and processing of transactions, provide effective support to the business in the following areas:
In Charge of Accounts Payable function
Support the period-end closing activities
Assist in the preparations of all finance-related reports
Process and maintain accurate records of all relevant payments
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for all accounting-related matters
Perform other general duties as and when assigned

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (including MS Excel)
Meticulous and organized individuals who are able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment"
A candidate with F&B accounting experience will be preferred (knowledge in Navision is a plus)
