Key Responsibilities

• Overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects

• Manage project schedule, cost control, quality, and safety performance

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

• Prepare and monitor master programme, project budgets, progress claims, and variation orders

• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, NEA, LTA (if appliable), and statutory requirements

• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors

• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures

• Chair project meetings and prepare progress reports

• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

Requirements / Qualifications

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related field

Singaporean/PR

Minimum 5–10 years of relevant construction experience (adjust as needed)

Proven experience as Project Manager for building or civil projects

Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and local regulations

Familiar with Singapore construction standards and authorities’ submissions

Able to manage multiple stakeholders and tight project timelines

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g. MS Project / Primavera)1) Minimum 5 years experience in managing construction projects on site

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Officer cum Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to ensure a safe and environmentally compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols, monitoring environmental regulations, and ensuring compliance with both workplace safety standards and environmental practices.

• Educational Qualifications:A degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  Additional certifications in safety or environmental management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 14001, OSHA) are preferred.
  
• Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a safety officer or environmental control officer role, ideally within an industrial, manufacturing, or construction setting.
  Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and environmental assessments.
  
• Skills and Competencies:Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
  Proficiency in risk assessment and the implementation of safety management systems.
  Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain a culture of safety.
  Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for training, reporting, and liaising with various stakeholders.
  Ability to work under pressure and in potentially hazardous environments.

- Conduct RC Structural work Co-ordination meeting.

- Attend site meeting & consultant meeting.

- Liaises with subcontractor and project manager to ensure a smoothly workflow.

- Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of RC structural work on site.

- Assist in planning , controlling and co-ordinating of Architectural works.

- Prepare As-built drawings.

- Assist project manager in all RC structural related to site work.

Requirement:

- Degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building.

- Familiar with coonstruction site activities.

- Knowledge the schedule for FSB application, R.I inspection, TOP application , CSC and final completition certification.

Responsibility:

-Conduct Subcontractor co-ordination meeting.

-Attend Consultant meeting.

-Supervise site project team.

-Schedule, monitor and supervise the overal progress of site work.

-Assist Senior Project Manager in planning, controlling and co-ordination of subcontractor's work.

-Knowledge with local code of practice, i.e R.I inspection, TOP application, CSC and Final Completion.

-Knowledge of Autocad software application and basic drafting.

. Coordinate the project work to ensure sucessful completion as well as hand over to clients.
