- Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls to resolve inquiries or promptly refer to the appropriate department for action, welcome clients/guests at our office premise, monitor visitor access and security, and responsible for mails/postal and delivery matters
- Responsible for ensuring the office tidiness/cleanliness, procurement of office/pantry supplies and timely replacements/maintenance of the printers/copiers, management of the office facilities and telco matters
- Support all office events and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Provide Administrative Support to Technical team
- Data input and relevant documentation coordination and filing
- Prepare regular Vessel Inspection Reports and presentation materials
- Make travel and vessel inspection arrangements
- Follow up on Invoices for submission to Accounts Department and reimbursement claims for superintendents
Qualifications and skills
- 2 years secretarial and office administration experience
- Events/facilities management experience is preferred
- Maritime industry experience is preferred
- Degree holder/ Diploma holder with few years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office (specifically in powerpoint and excel) and outlook 365
