Job Summary

Support trade operations and financial processes by ensuring data accuracy, monitoring compliance, coordinating with external parties, and assisting management with operational initiatives and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of static data, accounting records, and general ledger entries.
• Support daily trade operations including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation within required deadlines.
• Monitor trade activities and operational controls, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies and exceptions.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and other external service providers to confirm transactions and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor compliance with agreements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and escalate breaches or risks when identified.
• Identify, assess, and escalate compliance, operational, and financial risks in a timely manner.
• Support preparation of financial reports, audit reports, and regulatory/statutory submissions.
• Assist in daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, ledger maintenance, and month-end reconciliation.
• Support implementation of new regulatory requirements and assist in maintaining corporate policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Assist COO and management team in coordinating special projects, operational initiatives, and ad hoc business requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute APAC channel strategy to drive scalable revenue growth
• Build and expand a strong ecosystem of System integrators, Distributors, Strategic partners
• Lead partner acquisition, onboarding, and enablement programs
• Drive channel-led pipeline and revenue, working closely with regional sales teams
• Establish partner tiering, incentives, and performance frameworks

Requirements：

• 5–15 years of experience in channel sales / partner management / indirect sales

• Strong network with System integrators, Logistics & automation partners
• Experience in industries such as Warehouse automation, Robotics AMR, Industrial automation, Supply chain solutions
• Strong understanding of partner-led GTM strategies
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple APAC markets and cultures
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of the company’s cross-border payment solutions, focusing on acquiring merchants expanding into South East Asia market;
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans, proactively engaging target industry clients and building strong relationships with key decision-makers;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the payments industry, with a proven track record, established client network, and successful deal closures;
• Strong understanding of outbound merchant ecosystems in the regional market, with the ability to conduct business communication in English;
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop innovative go-to-market and sales strategies within the cross-border payments space;
• Highly motivated sales professional with a proactive mindset, strong innovation capability, and excellent ability to understand and address client needs.
