- seeking experienced and passionate personnel to join us in our Japanese fine-dining flagship outlet and casual dining restaurant;
- at least 2 years relevant experience in Japanese cuisine
- meticulous and detailed in their presentation of food and service;
- well-groomed and comfortable working under stress and a demanding environment;
- comfortable working split shift and a 6 days work week, and
- preferably ready to start immediately or within a short notice period;
