The Role:

Our content team owns how our clients show up in search, read on the page, and get remembered. This role is less about churning out words and more about deciding what's worth writing in the first place — then structuring it so it lands and executing it with confidence.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and own editorial calendars across multiple client brands: What gets published, when, and why it earns its place.
• Write and edit blog posts, landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, and digital press releases across a range of brand voices.
• Build content strategies grounded in search intent and real audience needs, not just keyword lists.
• Structure content before you draft it: Outline the argument, sequence the sections, and decide what each piece needs to do its job.
• Manage several brands at once and hit deadlines without letting quality slip.

• 1-2 years writing content professionally, ideally across more than one brand or in an agency setting. How you think matters more to us than your exact years on paper.
• Evidence of strategic and editorial judgement: A calendar you planned, a series you shaped, a piece you restructured and made better.
• Clean, confident writing across formats, with a portfolio or a few samples we can read.
• A working understanding of how content connects to search and performance.

We expect everyone on the team to become genuinely AI-fluent over time, and we'll train you to get there. BUT, you can join us at any level of AI fluency today, including none at all.

One thing worth knowing up front: For the first stretch of your training, you’ll have limited AI access. About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, digitally-savvy Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. This isn’t a traditional marketing role, it’s built for someone who thinks in content, communicates through video, and understands how great storytelling drives real business results.

You’ll take ownership of content across our agency brand and key personal brand accounts we manage, with video and social media at the heart of everything you do. If you’re someone who spends too much time analysing why a video went viral, experiments with new editing styles on weekends, and has strong opinions about hooks and pacing, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Social Media

•      Manage and grow social media channels for the agency and personal brand accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

•      Develop monthly content calendars aligned to campaign goals, brand voice, and audience insights.

•      Track content performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvements for future content.

•      Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to keep our channels competitive.

Video Production & Editing

•      Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver video content across Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, paid advertisements, and brand campaigns.

•      Develop shot lists, visual treatments, and storytelling concepts from briefs or from scratch.

•      Handle end-to-end production: filming, editing, colour grading, sound sync, captioning, and final delivery.

•      Cover agency events, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and advertising creatives.

Campaign & Creative Support

•      Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to bring scripts, briefs, and campaign objectives to life through compelling visuals.

•      Support the production of content for three personal brand accounts managed by the agency.

•      Contribute to paid social creative testing by producing multiple content variations for A/B performance analysis.

•      Proactively pitch content ideas, creative concepts, and format experiments to the team.

Broader Marketing Support

•      Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, organic social, and paid channels.

•      Assist with copywriting for social captions, newsletters, internal communications, and basic marketing collateral.

•      Help coordinate agency events, webinars, and marketing activations, including logistics, promotional content, and post-event wrap-ups.

•      Contribute to basic graphic design tasks using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express for static social posts, banners, and presentation assets.

•      Support campaign reporting by compiling performance data from platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and TikTok Insights into digestible summaries.

•      Assist with influencer and partnership outreach. Drafting briefs, coordinating deliverables, and tracking campaign performance.

•      Take on ad hoc marketing projects and cross-functional tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager or CSO.

Skills & Experience

Marketing & Content

•      Understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and what makes content perform.

•      Ability to write captions, scripts, and basic copy that complement visual content.

•      Comfortable using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite).

•      An eye for trends, you know what’s working on TikTok this week, not last month.

Video & Production

•      Strong video shooting and editing skills with a portfolio to back it up (personal projects, school work, and passion projects all count).

•      Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.

•      Comfortable operating DSLR, mirrorless, or similar camera systems.

•      Working knowledge of colour grading, audio syncing, and post-production workflows.

•      Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI-powered creative tools such as Higgsfield, Google Veo/Omni, and other emerging technologies.

Reporting Structure
