Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote banking services based on their specific needs
- Follow up with customers to provide updates and support regarding their application status
- Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company through compliant and ethical sales practices
- Maintain motivation and independence to manage daily tasks and customer interactions effectively
- Demonstrate resilience by handling customer rejection professionally and persistently
- Continuously learn and adapt by maintaining a beginner’s mindset to improve sales skills and product knowledge
- Work according to bank branch operating hours, including Sundays and public holidays as scheduled
Requiredcompetencies and certifications
- Demonstrate strong prospecting skills to identify and acquire new customers ("hunter skills")
- Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills to engage and persuade clients effectively
- Show perseverance to overcome rejection and maintain consistent sales efforts
- Minimum qualification of “N” Level with 5 Credits Pass including Mathematics

- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a sales environment

- Position is based at bank branches
- Work schedule includes 6 working days per week with Sunday and public holiday shifts as required
- Salary: $2100 plus high incentives
