Job Description:

• Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site

• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Employer

• Review and check all the M&E drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.

• Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements.

• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.

• Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.

• Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.

• To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Experience in managing projects for LTA / PUB / HDB or infrastructure works is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

-Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and safety regulations.

-Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship to ensure timely completion of works.

-Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on technical and site matters.

Requirements

-Degree in Engineering or Professional Certificate acceptable for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or acceptable for registration as a Resident Engineer under IES/BCA requirements.

--Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in supervising construction works.

-Familiar with civil infrastructure works, including roads, drains, sewer systems, box culverts, ERSS, piling works, and utility services installation.

-Able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

-Good understanding of construction methodologies, site supervision, quality control, and workplace safety requirements.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and BIM will be an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

-Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, and fixed assets tracking

-Review and process employee expense claims and reimbursements in accordance with company policies

-Review the work of Accounts Assistant and provide guidance to them

-Maintain petty cash records and manage cash deposits accurately

-Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities and ensure timely completion of accounts

- Prepare financial and audit reports related to AP and AR

- Reconcile AP/AR subledgers to the general ledger

-Manage the company cashflow by monitoring on the accounts receivables collection and liaising with the customers

-Ensure all statutory and tax requirements for the company are met by liaising with various external parties such as auditors and outsource accountant.

Job Requirement:

At least 3 years of accounting experience in construction industry.
