Job Description:
Supervise daily operations and lead on-site teams or subcontractors to meet project deadlines.
Ensure all work follows technical blueprints, design specifications, and quality standards.
Implement and monitor strict health and safety policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Act as the primary link between the Project Manager, engineers, and workers; attend site meetings and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Maintain daily logs of work progress, equipment usage, and worker attendance.
Job Requirements:
Related Diploma or Degree in a technical field (Engineering, Construction Management)
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in on-site supervision or a similar technical role.
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and project schedules.
Possesion of safety certificates (e.g. BCSS in Singapore or relevant OSHA/TESDA certificates) is mandatory.
Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to solve problems under pressure.
