Restorative Care Department (RCD) was started in 2006, with one Family Resource Centre located within Prison Link Centre (Changi) specializes in serving offenders, ex-offenders and their families through a variety of programmes.

Case Management Services (CMS) was launched in 2019 to provide short-term case management for releasing inmates. Outreach to Community

• Support outreach events to community to promote mental wellness and increase public awareness of mental health and sharing of community support mechanisms and resources available

Basic Recognition of Signs and Symptoms of Mental Health Conditions
