JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To manage and oversee project schedule and resources allocation for local and oversee on-site support;

• To co-ordinate, develop and implement project planning and scheduling;

• To exercise cost control and budget control for project management;

• To analyze the actual performance against the project target;

• To ensure customers expectation are met in terms of quality delivered, machine performance, and service rendered;

• To liaise and coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing and Purchasing departments, customers, suppliers about the project, quality, delivery or shipment,after-sales matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or precision engineering ;

• Minimum 1 years working experience in engineering, preferably in machine automation, precision engineering for semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical industry;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills;

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills;

• Able to read and understand schematic drawing;

Job Description:

• Assist in PLC programming, setup and troubleshooting for automation machines
• Support machine installation, testing and on-site setup
• Perform basic debugging and fine-tuning of machine operations
• Assist in system configuration and process sequence setup
• Work with team members to resolve technical issues
• Prepare simple technical documentation and reports

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechatronics / Automation or related)
• 1–3 years of experience in PLC or automation projects
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems (Omron / Keyence preferred)
• Familiar with basic PLC programming (Ladder Diagram / Structured Text)
• Basic understanding of machine troubleshooting and maintenance
• Willing to learn and work on-site when required
• Good teamwork and communication skills

1. Configure, set up, and support on-site installation, testing, and buy-off of PLC and automation systems.

2. Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization to ensure performance meets project requirements, including application of semiconductor process knowledge.

3. Develop and maintain PLC programs (e.g. Omron, Keyence) using Ladder Diagram, FBD, Structured Text, or Statement List.

4. Ensure reliable communication between PLCs and external devices via RS232, TCP/IP, Modbus, etc.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during project execution.

6. Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Job Description:

System Architecture & Design

• Design PLC control architecture for automation machines (modular, scalable, maintainable)
• Define:
• IO structure & naming conventions
• State machine / sequence logic
• Interlock & fail-safe strategy
• Alarm handling philosophy
• Review and standardize PLC coding structure across projects

Programming & Implementation

• Develop PLC programs (Ladder / Structured Text / Function Block)
• Integrate with: HMI / SCADA

 Technical Leadership

• Guide junior engineers on PLC design and debugging
• Review programs and improve coding standards
• Support project planning and technical decisions

Job Requirements:

Min 8–10 years PLC automation experience (machine automation preferred)

Proven experience in:

• Designing PLC architecture (not just coding)
• Full project lifecycle (design → commissioning → buy-off)

Strong troubleshooting experience on real machines

Hands-on experience with at least one major PLC: Siemens / Rockwell / Omron / Mitsubishi

Job Description:

• Perform mechanical/electrical assembly or wiring for equipment/machine;
• Perform on-site service and support.
• Perform any other assignments assign by HOD;

Job Requirements:

• Experience in machine /electrical assembly or wiring for equipment/machine;
• Follow established safety rules and regulations;
• NITEC in Mechatronics/Electrical/related engineering field;
