ERS Asia is a creative event agency delivering large-scale corporate events, gala dinners, brand activations, and festivals. We are looking for a Creative Designer who can think beyond visuals and design experiences that carry meaning, emotion, and impact.
THE ROLE
You will be at the heart of our creative process.
From first idea to final execution, you translate concepts into visuals that shape the entire event experience.
You don’t just design how things look. You design how they feel.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop key visuals, event identities, and brand systems for campaigns and events
- Design stage backdrops, spatial environments, and guest experience touchpoints
- Create presentation decks, mock-ups, and visual storytelling assets for proposals
- Work closely with producers, strategists, and vendors to bring ideas to life
- Ensure creative consistency across physical and digital environments
- Support on-site execution to ensure design intent is delivered with precision
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling
- Ability to think beyond static visuals into spatial and experiential design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Bonus: Experience in 3D, motion graphics, or event design
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, idea-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to balance creativity and execution
