• Minimum N/O/A Levels or NITEC in Dental Assisting or Diploma in related field.
• Prior relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interest and passion in dental assisting
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with effective time management abilities.
• Comfortable with basic IT systems and digital tools.

• Manage their Salesforce system
• Management of onboarding and access review process
• System configuration for government systems to support company's workflows
• Creating and maintaining reports from system
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in computer science, engineering or IT
• Experience in salesforce will be preferred but not mandatory
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
