• Budget, assess, schedule, and coordinate capital improvement and/or maintenance requirements;

• Handling asset related issues such as:
• Respond to fire, building and security related emergencies;Plan and handle building enforcement matters;
• Manage tenant’s requests and address concerns;
• Review legal documents and contracts:
• Prepare and tender term contracts;
• Negotiate and finalise and / or renewal of term contracts and agreements with contractors and third-party vendors;
• Ensure that term contracts are carried out satisfactory, and carry out corrective actions when necessary.
• Carry out administrative and maintenance of records for documentation, rectification works and related matters. Ensure that documentation is scanned and approval papers are filed properly.
• Assist finance department with any enquires on invoices or any request for additional documentation as necessary.
• OH&S Committee member with the aim of promoting a safe and accident free environment in the office and on site. To ensure that contractors and third parties comply with safety guidelines and regulations, and provide recommendation to the OH&S committee and management on methods for improvement of safety standards
• Any other duties as assigned.

Recommended Courses:

• First Aid CPR and AED for CERT Team / Incident Management Procedure / Respond to Fire Incident in Workplace;

• ACAD training.
