Role Summary:

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Call Center Solution, Property Management System (PMS), Online Booking Platform and CRM. Job Description & Requirements
• Preparation of measurement sheets and assists in quantity take-off as required.
• Assist in estimation of direct & indirect costs for sub-contract sublet.
• Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day works.
• Checks the allocation of manpower and productivity. Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Preparation of payments advice and review then certify claim submission for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in claims preparation in coordination with the Project Manager/Director.
• Follow up payments from main contractor/consultant/client.
• Assist the PD/PM to establish and operate project cost control.
• Provides advice on contractual claims, VO or other contractual matters.
• Measures and computes values to variations and prepares interim and/or final accounts.
• To provide estimate, computations & work on contractual/technical/project change orders.
• Prepares monthly progress payments to main contractors/consultant/clients.

The candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner, with a specific focus on the researcher scheme. The role involves handling research staff appointments and related HR matters, collaborating with academic and administrative stakeholders, and working closely with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) to execute key People Strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR Business Partners in HR operations, including recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, performance management, and employee engagement.

• Collaborate with the Shared Services team in the timely appointment, re-appointment, promotion, and transfer of research staff.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.

• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data management.

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required, ensuring their timely delivery and alignment with the university’s objectives.

• Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are accurate in quantity, type and in acceptable quality.

• Manage picking and packing process.

• Supervise staffs such us pickers, packers, forklift drivers

• Monitor stock levels and carry out periodic stock takes

• Maintain storage areas (Rented) by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design

• Selecting space for storage and arranging for goods to be placed in the designated areas

• Handling and keeping tracks of all import/export documentations

• Planning, scheduling, and developing the most

efficient transportation and logistics system

• Execute system transaction to ensure accuracy in system and physical inventory

• Liaise with all parties involved in the import and domestic movements of stocks, including transport companies and freight forwarders

• Complete paperwork for all deliveries

• Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports
