Requirements

Job Duration: 6 Months (Renewable Based on Performance/Project Demand)

Position: 5x Bank Officer/Senior Officer (QualityAssurance Testing Project)

Working Hours: 9AM to6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Job Description

You will be part of the Wholesale OperationalReadiness Centre ensuring seamless implementation of technology changes througheffective Testing, Training and Documentation. Product verticals supported areCash/ Payments/ Trade / Loans/ Channels Operations Centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Manual/ Automated Test Execution (using TOSCA/ other Bank Approved tool) as per the UAT Plan in line with the test strategy and test plan
• Ensure all test scope and test cases are executed and fulfil the specified requirements within the agreed timeline
• Report defects discovered in UAT, attend defect calls and participate in defect management process and retest
• Review UAT test results and publish test metrics
• Ensure UAT artifacts and sign-offs are saved as the UAT audit trail
• Provide operational readiness support and conduct training on new system/ enhancement to impacted operations and/ or business users
• Provide post-implementation support to operations users

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science
• Some experience preferably in financial institutions; those without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Experience in operations especially Swift standard in either Cash Management/ Trade Finance/ Loans/ Channels will be an added advantage
• Proficient computer skills or programming skills
• Experience in automation using tools like TOSCA, Selenium, Appium
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Motivated driven and can work under pressure and able to complete task given within the project timeline
• Have a strong organization belonging, team player and willing to share knowledge
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and motivated to find solutions to the problem

Things to Note :

• May need for OT/Weekend Work, depends on Projects timeline
• Prefer candidates who can work in FEB, Punggol or Tampines
• 100% work in office, no WFH arrangement is allowed
• Immediate onboarding or in May would be preferred
• Salary Range + 0.5 Mth completion bonus: S$2,400 to 3,500 per month
