Job Summary

Support project management teams in coordinating clinical trial projects from initiation to completion. This role involves client communication, documentation, and operational tracking to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and track progress to ensure timely delivery
• Support project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
• Monitor inventory, materials, and project requirements
• Support system updates and project tracking (e.g. data entry, reporting)
• Assist in resolving project issues and invoice discrepancies
• Support KPI tracking and project performance reporting
• Assist in SOP updates and process improvements

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
• Experience in project coordination / operations is an advantage

• Submit the loan cases to bank for processing.

• Record loan cases into Salesforce.

• Liaise with Banks for update on loan status.

• Monitor and update Salesforce with loan approval advice from the Banks.

• Convey the loan status to Sales Consultants.

• Release loan amount into Salesforce for registration.

• Check loan documents submitted by Sales Consultants before releasing loan amount into Salesforce for registration.

• Liaise with Sales Consultants for outstanding documents before & after registration.

• Check the Tax Invoices, LTA logcard and Insurance Cover Note from Vehicle Admin before despatch to Banks.

• Check the HP Agreement and other required forms are duly signed before despatch to Banks.

• Generate despatch batch in Salesforce and prepare documents to Banks for disbursement.

• Update and record outgoing documents into Salesforce.

• Liaise with Banks and arrange for daily collection of documents.

• Other daily admin duties include photocopying, archiving of loan cases into ParaDM, etc

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Location: Changi

Duration: 1 year contract
Work hours: 4-5 days a week, shift hours: AM: 7:30AM - 5:30PM, PM: 8AM - 10PM

1 hour unpaid break with meals provided

 Job Scope

• Serving medications to inmates

• Help out in quarantine zones, clad in full PPE

• Help with parameter screening

• Blood taking at times

• Administrative work and basic clinical nursing duties in medical center

• Administer Vaccinations and assist in swabbing duties

 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of government hospital experience (Inpatient wards/A&E/ICU/HDU/etc)

• Must be registered with SNB and have BCLS certificate

• Vaccinated with MMR/TDAP/COVID, TDAP must be within 10 years
